I am an C.V. Starr Postdoctoral Fellow (ex EMBO) at the Princeton Neuroscience Institute (2021—), working under the joint supervision of Annegret Falkner and Mala Murthy, focused on the neuronal dynamics underlying naturalistic social communication.
My graduate work with Jonathan Whitlock, on neuronal representations of posture in higher-order rodent cortices (2015—2019), was completed at the Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience in Norway.
Activity patterns generated by nervous systems appear stochastically linked to animal behavior, and the main purpose of my work is to shed light on such relationships. To learn more about my research, browse through a compilation of recent publications or check out the full Google Scholar list.
Some of my favorite pastimes, covered in the chronicles section, include conversing w/ AI in LEX, surveying short films, enjoying pisco sour and enduring perpetual misery w/ Manchester United.
